The Morton Foundation Scholarship for STEAM Students

 

The Morton Foundation is proud to support the next generation of innovators, and leaders. Our  scholarship is awarded to students pursuing degrees in STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) at accredited 4-year colleges and universities across the United States.

Scholarship Details

  • Award Amount: $1,000

  • Administered By: The Morton Foundation

  • Applicable To: Students attending accredited 4-year colleges and universities

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen

  • Be admitted to or currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year college or university

  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

  • Demonstrate financial need

  • Be pursuing a STEAM-related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or Mathematics)

Application Process

Applicants must submit the following materials:

  1. Completed scholarship application (below)

  2. Essay (500–1000 words) outlining your commitment to community service, leadership, and future goals.

  3. High school or college transcript

  4. Three letters of recommendation from teachers, mentors, or community leaders

  5. Participate in a virtual interview (if selected as a finalist)
